Lieve zielen hier op aarde,

Wij houden ontzettend veel van jullie en hebben jullie in liefde omarmt in onze harten. Weet dat wij één zijn met de bron van het al, en dat wij jullie altijd zullen helpen bij het intensiveren van jullie eigen contact met de bron van al wat is.

Aan deze vooravond van Kerst zijn velen van jullie druk met het voorbereiden van de feestelijkheden. Jullie zien er naar uit om jullie tijd te delen met familie of vrienden. Dierbaren waarmee jullie deze tijd door brengen zijn daar vanuit liefde. Geef hen jullie volle aandacht, je liefde en je vreugde, zodat ook zij zich vrij zullen voelen om dit met jullie te delen.

Deze dagen die jullie zo vol vreugde tegemoet zien, mogen ook dagen van vergeving zijn, het uit de weg ruimen van misverstanden en het oplossen van ruzies. Laat je liefde schijnen op de gebeurtenissen van het verleden, vergeef jezelf en vergeef de anderen, opdat het losgelaten kan worden en een nieuwe en schone bladzijde in jullie boek kan worden opengeslagen, zodat er met schone en zuivere gedachten en gevoelens een nieuw pad gevolgd kan worden.

De Zonnewende ligt alweer enkele dagen achter jullie. Voor hen die bij dit feest stilstonden heeft het nieuwe jaar reeds zijn aanvang genomen. Een nieuw jaar waarvan de verwachtingen bij sommigen zeer hoog gespannen zijn, en dat door anderen met angst tegemoet wordt gezien. Weet dat de gebeurtenissen die het jaar zullen volbrengen reeds lange tijd gepland stonden en dat jullie zielen bewust hebben ingestemd met het op aarde beleven van deze gebeurtenissen. Blijf geloven in de liefde, de kracht en de goddelijke onsterfelijkheid van de ziel. Alles wat er zal gebeuren, goed of slecht, fijn of naar, het is precies datgene waar jullie op  rekenden en wat op jullie pad ligt. Het zal voor velen een intensief, inspirerend en verheffend jaar worden, waarin de dromen van jullie ziel en de weg die jullie tot dan toe hebben gevolgd duidelijk zullen worden. Heb respect voor ieders weg, want ieder volgt zijn eigen pad, er is geen ziel die het verkeerde pad volgt.

Wij houden veel van jullie en willen jullie een hart onder de riem steken met onze liefde. Wij zijn altijd bij jullie en deel van jullie leven. Leef in de volle glorie van het licht en verhef je ziel met liefde. Wees respectvol naar de ander en speel het spel met overgave en liefde.

We love you very much and in love we embrace you in our hearts. Know that we are one with the source of all, and that we will always help you to intensify your own contact with the source of all that is.

On this eve of Christmas, many of you are busy preparing for the festivities. You look forward to sharing your time with family or friends. Dear Ones that you spend this time are there out of love. Give them your full attention, your love and joy, so that they will feel free to share theirs with you.

These days you so joyfully look forward to, may also be days of forgiveness, to eliminate misunderstandings and resolve disagreements. Let your love shine on the events of the past, forgive yourself and forgive others, so you can let go and open a new clean page in your book and clean and pure thoughts and feelings can lead you to a new enlightened path.

The Winter Solstice is already several days behind you. For those who have given attention to this day the new year has already begun. A new year with the expectations of some very high, and by others is regarded with fear. Know that the events that will complete the year long before have been planned and that your souls were aware of and have agreed to experience these events on earth. Continue to believe in the love, the divine power and immortality of the soul. All that will happen, good or bad, nice or nasty, it's exactly what you counted on and what is on your path. Have respect for everyone's way, because each follows his own path, there is no soul who follows the wrong path.

De kern van wijsheid The pearl of wisdom

Ik ga op reis met mijn vriendin Emmy, we worden geleid door onze gidsen Cialaar en Undrill. In een kring gaan we omhoog, heel hoog. Daar aangekomen lopen we over een prachtige zonnige grote vlakte, een blauwe vlinder volgend. Het is een prachtige vlinder en hij fladdert vrolijk voor ons uit. Als we bij een hoge rotswand komen keert de vlinder naar de wand toe, we moeten hier omhoog.

We volgen de vlinder naar boven en komen bij een complex van kleine gebouwen, een soort van klooster of tempelcompled. Het lijkt er verlaten, want we voelen en zien geen andere zielen.

Er is een bron met water en we besluiten een slokje te drinken daar. Het water maakt ons lichter, alsof we meer gaan stralen en witter worden. Dan zien we ook de zielen verschijnen die hier leven. Ze zijn er maar ze lijken ons niet te zien, ze lopen langs ons zonder aandacht aan ons te besteden. Eén van hen ziet ons wel, hij, een monnik, staat op een trap, een stukje bij ons vandaan. Hij wenkt ons en wij lopen naar hem toe. Dan keert hij zich om en lijkt ons te vragen om hem te volgen. Een kleine gebouwtje wordt geopend en we gaan met zijn drieën naar binnen. Het lijkt een beetje donker, maar binnen is een lichtbundel die op de grond van de kamer schijnt, daar is een soort van lage tafel, met een theeservies erop.

We gaan rond de theetafel zitten en de monnik begint een ritueel. Voorzichtig schenkt hij de thee in de kopjes en geeft ons allebei een kopje met een gebaar dat we dat op moeten drinken. Ik kijk in mijn kopje en tot mijn verbazing zie ik dat op de bodem ervan een glimmende oranje gouden knikker ligt. Ik vraag wat dit voor iets is, voordat ik het op drink. Emmy hoort de monnik zeggen: de kern. Ik vraag verder, de kern waarvan? Dan hoor ik: De kern van wijsheid.

Ik moet de kern van wijsheid op drinken. Ik neem hem eerst in mijn vingers en bekijk het eens goed, het is een heldere doorzichtige knikker, met gouden en oranje stipjes en gloed. Ik stop het in mijn mond en het smaakt naar een zoet zuurtje, een soort van snoepje. Maar als ik het doorslik brand het wel een beetje, alsof je een strepsil neemt.

Ook Emmy vindt iets in haar kopje. Het is een blaadje van de Gojiboom wordt gezegd. Er komt een leuke tekst ook bij. "Het kruid van de liefde, verenigd in het koninkrijk der dalen en bergen, waar sneeuw en zon elkaar verlangen en de winden elkaar kruisen."

Dan is de reis voorbij en nemen we afscheid van de monnik.

I'm soultraveling with my girlfriend Emmy and we are led by our guides and Cialaar Undrill. In a circle we go up, very high. Once there, we walk on a beautiful sunny high plateau, a blue butterfly in front of us. It's a beautiful butterfly fluttering happily for us. When we arrive at a cliff wall, the butterfly goes up and we follow.
We follow the butterfly and arrive in some sort of complex with small buildings, it looks like a monastery or tempelcomplex. It seems abandoned, we feel and see no other souls.
There is a source of water and we decide to drink a sip there. The water makes us lighter, more like we are going to shine and are looking whiter. Then we see the souls appear that live here. They are there but they don't seem to see us, they walk past us without paying attention to us. One of them does see us though, he, a monk, is standing on a staircase, a bit away from us. He beckons us, and we walk towards him. He turns around and seems to ask us to follow him. A small building is opened and the three of us go inside. It seems a little dark, but inside is a beam of light shining onto the floor of the room, there we see a kind of low table with a tea set on it.
We sit down around the tea table and the monk begins a ritual. He carefully pours the tea into the cups and gives us both a cup with a gesture that we need to drink. I look into my teacup and to my surprise I see a shiny gold and orange ball on the bottom of it . I ask what this thing is before I drink it. Emmy hears the monk say it is the core. I ask further, the core of what? Then I hear: The essence of wisdom.
I have to drink this pearl of  wisdom. I first take it in my fingers and look at it properly, it is a clear translucent marble, with gold and orange dots and glow. I put it in my mouth and it tastes like a sweet candy. But if I swallow the it, it is somehow burning a bit within.

Emmy is also finds something in her cup of tea. It is said it is one of the leafs of a Goji tree. There is also a nice text. "The herb of love, united in the kingdom of valleys and mountains, where snow desires the sun and the crossing winds meet."
Then the trip is over and we say goodbye to the monk.

From the roads on the land and waters flowing together to the sea you all experienced an increase in service to the Al. The Source of your existence lies not in economics or in the matter, nor in religion or politics. The Source of your existence is in love, the creation, in truth. Strive not to gather more material, because it only creates a sense of deficiency. Seek not after the latest beauty, because it does not love you. Strive after, the inner love and love for all, because therein lies the source of joy, of acceptance and surrender, a fruitful life will be yours when you live from the infinite source of your inner love.

Steer your own life from this enriching energy and experience the joy of life.

On days like this, the dark days before Christmas, you call them, many think about your lost loves and the dear ones who crossed over. A sense of loss is present in many. The dark time is for you to remind that there is also a time of light and warmth. As the cycles of the earth, so does man have his own cycle. Sticking to feelings of loss is not recommended because it only brings sorrow. Know that no one is ever lost, and that eternal life consists in equality and love on our side of being.

Some of you have accepted this as pure knowledge coming from within, guided by the experiences they have had in this life. Many of you will also expect to experience this in the coming year. An experience that will undoubtedly enrich your lives and love will bloom. Trust that this experience is part of your soulpath and chosen by yourself. The moment of this wonderful experience is more or less fixed, but time is flexible and in your eyes sometimes too fast or too slow. Do not wait for the experience, but live fully in faith that what is on your path, at the right time will come to you. It will be a great and uplifting experience in the contact between the beloved souls on earth and their accompanying loving souls on our side of the veil. We know some of you have the greatest difficulty with their patience, but we ask you to trust us.

After the holiday season of Christmas, you will enter the new year. You already feel the changing energies and increased vibration in your body. It gives much power to the intense light integrated into everyday life, so it is wise to handle a healthy lifestyle. Sufficient real fresh food and lots of fresh air will help you to give these energies a place and support your transformation.

Much will happen next year and we already see with love and joy to this beautiful events that you call the future.

Today I'd like to point out to you the love of light that is always near. This love is unconditional and is available to every being on earth, it knows is no difference. It gives fully and without hesitation, to anyone who wishes and wants to experience. From this love we, our souls, your guides are always near. Do not hesitate to ask for our love and guidance on your path. But know that this love is within you and that you carry that with you. And as your bond with the Source of All becomes stronger it is your light of love, your soulcore is growing. Many have already experienced this. By a feeling of letting go faster and be able to forgive sooner.

From the high universe so much light and love-energy is coming to you, straight from the source. This energy causes many of you to have more and more dreams. If you try to remember these dreams by writing them down you will find that there is an ever ongoing linkage with your daily life and that more and brighter dreams will come.

In your dreams there is a lot of processing of the daily events, but we also send you messages through these symbolic dreams. It is therefore important to try to understand the symbolism. You do not find the symbolic meanings in books, but by your own interpretations and to listen to your feelings. This way you strengthen your contact with yourself, your soul, and with the source of the all.

If you yourself cannot solve the symbolism, discuss your dream with others. Teach your children to also analyse their dreams by discussing them with each other. So they remain closely connected to their own souls.

Children are very pure and always themselves. We can always reach them, just by being authentik ourselves and show our true self. They are the ones who have great memories of home. In this period of festivities around the end of the year, they celebrate with exuberance. See them enjoy being with others. Be aware of their strength and wisdom. These kids today, they are not just a part of your lives, they have deliberately asked you to be a part of it. You, their parents, were deliberately chosen by them. From love, they come to you. In order to illuminate your path, to bring you wisdom and to teach you what unconditional love is.

Treat them with love and respect, so that they in turn can pass these values.

De grootste stap op weg naar geluk is stoppen met piekeren

Mooie spreuk wel deze week. Om geluk te bereiken hoef je alleen maar te stoppen met piekeren. Nadenken en alles uitpluizen wat er mis is, helpt je vaak niet verder in het vinden van geluk, sterker nog, het brengt je er verder vandaan. Als we alles bij elkaar optellen, alle ins en outs afwegen, gaan tellen, strepen, afvinken, lijstjes maken en weer afstrepen, piekeren of we dingen wel goed doen, of we niet beter dit of dat hadden kunnen doen.... het helpt ons niet om verder te gaan. Echt niet. Laten we los wat er gebeurde, laten we los wat een ander kan of zal denken, laten we los hoeveel of hoe weinig.... dan komen we in de stroom van liefde, acceptatie en vergeving. En dan, ja dan kunnen we gelukkig zijn. Zorgeloos en kinderlijk, misschien zelfs naief, levend vanuit het hart.

The biggest step towards happiness is to stop worrying

Nice spell it is this week. To achieve happiness you just have to stop worrying. Thinking and sifting through everything that's wrong, often doesn't help in finding happiness, in fact, it puts you farther away. If we add everything together, weigh ins and outs, count, stripe, check off, make lists, worrying if we do things right, or could we not better do this or that .... it does not help us to continue. Not really. Let go of what happened, let go of what another can or will think, let loose how much or how little .... will bring us to the power of love, acceptance and forgiveness. And, yes we than can be happy. Carefree and childlike, perhaps naively, living from the heart.

Channeling Hermes English Version 30-11

To live love in this earthly existence is a choice that man has. All life is a spark of the eternal. Every living thing vibrates as light energy to everything and everyone around them. Without exception. Because of this light of love we are united with you all. As being from one and the same source we are all connected and there is no real separation. Only Connection Is.

Lift your head to heaven and see the sun. The sun is related to you. Touch the water in the seas and feel. The sea is related to you. Feel how the wind slides your hair. The wind is related to you. Taste the fruits of the trees, and know “this is related to me”.

All the elements of water, fire, earth and air are within you, are part of you. They help you here on earth to survive however they are also part of your soul. As elements from which the soul is built using the love energy of the source.

We are entering a time of celebration and the end of the year 2011. Many look forward to next year.  Some of you with some concern, some  with anticipation. Depending on metal attitude, materialism will be more or less important. Big changes are awaiting you and you feel the pressure now even before they begin.

Uncertainty and fear are negative impulses. Where trust and faith only are ad in a positive way.

Assume that in the end always all change will be for the better, so you can live in peace and you will pull desired outcomes towards you. Enjoy the people and animals around you, those who support you and love you in this life. Honor those who you can’t embrace anymore because they have passed and returned home. Have peace with those who cannot or don’t want to be in your presence.

Love yourself, because what you do, whoever you are, you are all dear souls on earth who share a remarkable life on this particular planet you now call home.

Water, earth, air and fire come together in love, originate from love and exist in love. These compounds that come together in the soul in it’s own unique combination will make you understand what life is. In the illusion that you see as the truth, everything is already connected. See beyond appearances, see the exchange of substances, as a great and powerful being in its entirety with mother earth. Work together on this beautiful life in unity.

True loneliness does not exist, not a soul is really alone. The sense of separateness is the cause of feeling loneliness. This separateness is an illusion. And when you understand this knowledge, include and interpret this in your life, you also understand where the collective consciousness comes from, where you all are part of, and where everyone can get their information from as well as contributes to.

Now many of you awaken each individually, this collective consciousness becomes lighter and more powerful. More and more people will experience "miracles" of synchronicity. More and more of you will also work with these wonders and use it to be at service of others. It will help you to come closer together and start seeing the illusion of being separated and redirect that to a sense of belonging, cohesion and unity.

Er is geen weg naar vrede, vrede is de weg.

Vrede, dat is wat iedereen wenst. Straks met kerst op de kaartjes, of zingend in de kerk: Vrede op aarde, in de mensen een welbehagen. We willen allemaal vrede, niemand die een oorlog of een ruzie wil. Waarom gebeurt het dan toch zo vaak wel? Waarom botsen we, lopen meningsversschillen uit op ruzies en kunnen we die vrede niet altijd handhaven?

Vrede is de weg.... als je alles in vrede doet, is er geen reden tot iets anders dan vrede? Als nuchter mens, kan ik daar toch wel aan twijfelen. Soms is het noodzakelijk om eens geen vrede te hebben met elkaar, zodat je tot inzichten komt. Inzichten die je anders niet begrijpt of niet kunt zien.

Zou je werkelijk vanuit vrede alles kunnen begrijpen en leren? Nee, want als er alleen maar vrede is, dan is er ook niets anders en valt er dus ook niets te leren. Het is in onze dualistische levenswijze hier nu eenmaal zo dat we leren van de tegenstellingen, van twee uitersten. Geen wit zonder zwart, geen grijs zonder kleuren, geen herrie zonder stilte. Alles zou één grote blanke massa hier zijn, als we geen tegenstellingen zouden krijgen. En juist daarom zijn we hier naar toe gekomen, om die tegenstellingen te ervaren.

Leven vanuit vrede, is natuurlijk wel een manier om je weg te volgen, en om vrede te bereiken, moet iedere deelnemer ook vanuit vrede denken, daar kan ik me wel in vinden. Het zal niet werken om op weg naar die vrede te gaan als je niet vanuit vrede wil denken, want dan gaat dat niet lukken.

Wat houdt vrede dan in? Dat je alles maar goed moet vinden? Dat je alles van een ander accepteert? Dat je geen eigen keuze hebt? Nee toch?

Nee. Vrede, voor mij in ieder geval, betekent het accepteren van elkaars verschillen. Van beide kanten. Vrede betekent ook ieder zijn deel gunnen in de bronnen van het bestaan. Vrede is ook elkaar de ruimte geven voor zijn eigen manier van leven. Vrede is ook die ruimte innemen die je nodig hebt, zonder elkaar te kwetsen op welke wijze dan ook. Als we op die wijze zouden leven, dan is er vrede, dan kunnen we zijn wie we echt zijn en deelt iedereen in de bronnen van leven, vreugde en liefde.

En toch... is dit een utopie... of niet?

Peace, that's what everybody wants. We send out the words on Christmas cards, or sing them in church: Peace on earth. We all want peace, nobody wants a war or a fight. Why then does it still happen so often? Why do we collide, why do differences of opinions often flow into fights and can we not always maintain peace?
Peace is the way .... if you do everything in peace, there is no need for anything other than peace? As a sober person, I doubt it. Sometimes it is necessary not to be at peace with each other, so you may learn to understand. Insights that you would not understand or could not see without the issues.
Would you really be able to understand and learn everything from peace alone? No, because if there is only peace, then there is nothing else and therefore there would be nothing to learn. It is in our dualistic way of life here on this earth simply the matter that we learn from the contradictions of two extremes. No white without black, no gray without color, no noise without silence. Everything would be a great blanc mass here, if we would have no contradictions. Which is why we come here to experience those contradictions.
Live from peace, is of course an opportunity to follow your path, and to achieve peace, each participant needs to start from the peacepoint of thinking. Peace will only come is it is wanted and used as a starting point.
What does peace mean? That you should find everything just as well? To accept everything from another? That you have no choice? Surely not?
No. Peace, for me anyway, means accepting our differences. From both sides. Peace also means to give each soul his share in the sources of existence. Peace also means giving each other space for ones own way of life. Peace is also taking the space you need, without hurting another by doing so. If we would live in this way, there is peace, then we can be who we really are and everyone shares in the sources of life, joy and love.
And yet ... this is a utopia ... or not?

Under the current lifestyles of the people very big differences occur. This diversity of life contributes to the different experiences that people want to gain in this life. However, the strength of the differences may be out of balance and a new distorted balance is created instead of the natural balance that man himself aspires. Consider this distortion as part of the experience you are looking for. Be aware that every person has created his life, his own dreams and plans with the aim to experience what it offers. This does not mean that we now have to stop taking action to help others on their life, because this activity is an important experience for both parties. The one who can see how blissful it is to really help someone. The other person can experience how wonderful it is to actually be help by one another.

From the depths of our existence, our forces come free to perform tasks of our soul. When working in the service of the divine plan that you have entered by incarnating in this person you are today. Fulfilling the task of soul gives people satisfaction, joy and strength, resulting from the love of the soul and the connection with the work that the soul had in mind.

Finding the true spirit and goals of life is not always easy. Many of you have had a lot of bumps and lumps on this path before the direction was clear. In those turbulent years prior to finding life purpose, we do always have the right experiences in life. We learn to deal with emotions such as sadness, rejection, criticism and envy. It gives us the opportunity to find ourselves and to gain more strength.

As we step into our soulpath of life, we then experience an abundance of joy, inspiration, synchronicity and perceived convenience. Through the power of the soul and his love for the soul mission, our intentions are suddenly stronger and faster and faster track events manifest.

Not everyones path of the soul  is easy to follow. Barriers must be overcome, and man has to dare to take the step to speak their own truth and start to overcome some inner conflicts stemming from upbringing and social environment of this life. Depending on the soul job there is larger or smaller inner conflict. It takes courage to totally go against education and start living in their own unique way.

Not everyone has a soul task that requires this inner struggle. Rest assured that no matter what it is you will do fine, because every soul will have his or her life and job experience as planned. And whatever path you have chosen, all experiences are equal in their essence.

The main experience is that of being a human in all its facets. Whether you want to be good or bad, everything is equal as an experience and there is a lesson in every experience.

If you feel you have not yet found your true soul purpose, do not worry, you will always have those  experiences that are desired. And in due time you will get clarity about the true essence of all your experiences.

Go with the flow of what is, in and around your place. Experience it, let the dream of this life flow and your intentions and inspiration flows. So fluently you will find your way on your soulpath and the puzzle will come together piece by piece.

Channeling met Hermes 24-11-2011

Onder de huidige levensstijlen van de mensen zijn enorm grote verschillen te zien. Deze diversiteit van levens draagt bij aan de verschillende ervaringen die de mens wil opdoen in dit leven. Echter de kracht van de verschillen kan uit balans zijn en een nieuwe vervormde, gecreëerde balans zijn in plaats van het natuurlijke evenwicht waar de mens vanuit zichzelf naar streeft. Zie echter ook deze vervorming als onderdeel van de ervaring die je zocht. Wees je daarnaast bewust dat ieder zijn leven, zijn droom zelf plant en creëert met als doel de ervaring die het ons biedt. Dit betekent niet dat wij nu geen actie hoeven te ondernemen om anderen te helpen op hun levenspad, want ook deze activiteit is een belangrijke ervaring voor beide partijen. De één die mag ervaren hoe gelukzalig het is om door de ander echt geholpen te worden. De ander die mag ervaren hoe prachtig het is om een ander daadwerkelijk te kunnen helpen.

Vanuit de diepten van ons bestaan komen onze krachten vrij bij het uitvoeren van onze zielentaken. Bij het werken in de service van het goddelijke plan dat je bent aangegaan door te incarneren in deze persoon die je nu bent. Het vervullen van de zielentaak geeft de mens voldoening, vreugde en kracht, voortkomend uit de liefde van de ziel en de verbinding met het werk dat de ziel voor ogen had.

Het vinden van de werkelijk zielsdoelen en levenspad is niet altijd eenvoudig. Velen van jullie hebben heel wat hobbels en bobbels op dit pad gehad voordat de richting duidelijk werd. In die roerige jaren voorafgaand aan het vinden van het levensdoel doen we echter altijd de juiste ervaringen op in het leven. We leren omgaan met emoties als verdriet, afwijzing, kritiek en afgunst. Het geeft ons de kans om ons zelf te vinden en ons zelf meer kracht te geven.

Als we stappen in ons levenspad zullen we vervolgens een overvloed aan vreugde, inspiratie, synchroniteit en gemak ervaren. Door de kracht van de ziel en zijn liefde voor haar zielentaak, zijn onze intenties plotseling sterker geworden en volgen manifestaties sneller en sneller.

Niet voor iedereen is het eenvoudig om de weg van de ziel te volgen. Er moeten blokkades worden overwonnen, de stap durven nemen en de eigen waarheid uit te spreken en te leven, vergt bij sommige een innerlijke strijd die voortvloeit uit haar opvoeding en sociale omgeving van dit leven. Afhankelijk van de zielentaak is deze innerlijke strijd groter of kleiner. Het vergt moed om geheel tegen de opvoeding in de eigen weg te kiezen.

Niet iedereen heeft echter een zielentaak die deze innerlijke strijd vraagt. Wees gerust dat het niet uitmaakt welke het is, want iedere ziel zal zijn of haar leven en taak ervaren zoals gepland. En welk pad je ook hebt gekozen, alle ervaringen zijn gelijkwaardig in hun wezen.

De belangrijkste ervaring is die van mens zijn, in al haar facetten. Of je nu goed of slecht wilde zijn, alles is als ervaring gelijkwaardig en er is een les in alle mogelijke ervaringen.

Als je voelt dat je nog niet je ware zielendoel hebt gevonden, wees dan gerust, je doet altijd die ervaring op die gewenst is. En te zijner tijd zul je duidelijkheid krijgen over de ware essentie van al je ervaringen.

Ga mee in de stroom van wat er in, met en rond jou gebeurt. Ervaar het, laat de droom van dit leven vloeien en je inspiratie en intenties stromen. Zodat je als vanzelf op je zielenpad je weg vindt en de puzzel stukje voor stukje in elkaar valt.

Gelukbrenger Bringer of happiness

Ik trok vandaag een kaartje voor mijn blog en ik kreeg de kaart: Gelukbrenger.


Ik wilde het kaartje eerst terugstoppen, omdat het geen spreuk bevatte, maar ik bedacht me. Wat is een gelukbrenger en wanneer breng je geluk?

Soms is het zo simpel. Geluk breng je soms al door een glimlach naar een vreemde, een vrolijk "hallo" tegen onbekenden op straat. Een kind dat heerlijk zit te spelen en in zichzelf zit te praten zonder op te merken dat iedereen hem kan horen is ook een geluk brenger. Het zijn meestal de kleine dingen die het hem doen, dat vonkje vriendelijkheid, zichzelf zijn, wat een ander vrolijk kan stemmen.

Moet het dan niet iets groots zijn, die gelukbrenger? Een geliefde ofzo, die na een lange tijd weer thuis komt? Of het ontvangen van een groots kado? Misschien de mogelijkheid om eindelijk een eigen huis te kunnen kopen? Of het winnen van de lotto of de jackpot in de loterij?

Tja, natuurlijk brengt dat ook wel geluk, en in ieder geval blijdschap. En net als alle kleine dingen zijn de grote natuurlijk ook belangrijk. En toch........

Iets in mij zegt dat geluk gewoon in het alledaagse zit, het ervan kunnen genieten, de kleine dingen die we elkaar kunnen geven, iedere dag, die geen geld kosten. Die hand op je schouder van een vriendin die opeens naast je staat, of de glimlach van je kind als het naar je opkijkt. De buurvrouw om even een praatje mee te maken of samen aan tafel een leuk gesprek hebben, het kleine vogeltje dat in het vogelhuisje scharrelt voor je raam. De geur van een bloem naast je voordeur, of je hond die je verlangend aankijkt en begint te kwispelen als je met hem gaat wandelen.

Alles en iedereen kan een geluksbrenger zijn, als jij hem maar ziet!

Today I pulled a ticket for my blog and I got the card: Bringer of happiness.

I wanted to put back the card at first because it contained no spell, but I thought again. What is a joy bringer and when does it bring you happiness.

Sometimes it is so simple. You bring happiness sometimes by sending a smile to a stranger, a cheerful "hello" to passengers on the street. A child who is happy playing talking to himself without noticing that everyone can hear is a fortune bringer. It's usually the little things that make us happy, that spark of kindness, being authentic, or little things we can do to make others happy.

Should'nt it be something great, this good luck bringer? A lover or something, after a long time coming home? Or receiving a great gift? Perhaps the opportunity to finally own a house to buy? Or winning the lottery or jackpot?

Well, of course, that also brings happiness and joy in each case. And like all things, the little things are just as great as the big and important ones. And yet ........

Something in me says that happiness is simply to be found in the everyday, if we could enjoy the little things that we can share, every day, that are costless. That hand on your shoulder from a friend who suddenly stands beside you, or the smile of your child  when it looks up to you. The neighbor to have a chat to, or to sit at the table having a nice conversation, the little bird that wanders into the birdhouse in front of your window. The scent of a flower next to your front door, or your dog looking at you and eagerly starts to wag when you go hiking with him.


Everything and everyone be a bringer of happiness, if you can only see!

1e inzicht: Wees onberispelijk in je woorden

Onze woorden hebben ongekende scheppingskracht. Met onze woorden kunnen we inspireren en liefde overbrengen, maar ook afbreken en met de grond gelijk maken.
Onberispelijk in je woorden zijn betekent ook dat je tegen je zelf geen dingen zegt - of denkt - die tegen jezelf gericht zijn. (Happinez 7-2011)

Woorden zijn heel krachtig, dat heb ik in mijn leven meermalen ondervonden. Vooral dan hoe men tegen mij sprak als kind. Als ik een compliment kreeg dan was ik altijd zo blij en ging ik nog beter mijn best doen. Als ik echter een nare opmerking kreeg, dan zakte ik al snel in mijn gemoed, en gaf ik er de brui aan, zag het dan niet meer zitten. Op mij persoonlijk hebben woorden dus heel veel invloed. Echter nooit had ik er aan gedacht, dat ik zelf ook door mijn gedachten invloed op mijzelf uitoefen.

Als ik me richt op liefde, op verbinding, samenwerking, goede, mooie en opbouwende dingen, dan voel ik me veel fijner, dan wanneer ik me op de negatieve dingen richt. Woorden tegen mezelf dat ik te dik ben, lelijk, niet goed genoeg, zwak, een watje, een dom mens, als ik die dingen in mezelf denk, dan voel ik me heel naar worden. Soms lijkt het dan wel een cirkel waar je in zit, en die lastig te doorbreken is. Eigenlijk zijn dit soort gedachten emotioneel gif. En dit gif is niet goed voor een mens. We kunnen leren dit te doorbreken door de 1e wet van de Tolteken te gaan toepassen. Dit doen we door de intentie om goede en mooie gedachten over onszelf en over anderen te hebben en uit te spreken.

Ik weet, het zal echt niet in één keer vlekkeloos lukken, de meesten van ons zijn niet veel anders gewend dan kritiek te leveren op ons eigen wezen. Maar probeer het eens een dag, en dan nog een. Goed, je zal af en toe wel eens terugvallen, maar als je het dan weer probeert, dan zul je wel merken dat het dag voor dag beter zal gaan. Je kunt het, als je de intentie vastzet in je hoofd, in je gedachten dat je positief wilt zijn voor jezelf, dan zal dat lukken. Dan kun je stukje bij beetje al het emotionele gif van al die jaren weer van je af schudden en zien hoe mooi je werkelijk bent. Dan kun je bij jezelf komen en jezelf echt waarderen en word je droom van dit leven ineens waarheid.

First insight: Be impeccable in your words

Our words have unprecedented creative power. With our words we can inspire and bring love, but also break down and raze to the ground. Blameless in your words also means that you do not say - or think - negative things to yourself. (Happinez 7-2011)

Words are very powerful, I have experienced several times in my life. Especially how people spoke to me when I was a child. If I received a compliment, I was always so happy and I tried even harder to do my best. However, when I got a nasty comment, then I quickly sank into my mind, and I gave in the towel, did not enjoy it anymore. Words have much influence on me personally. I had never thought that I myself in my thoughts affect my own strike.

If I focus on love, connection, cooperation, good, beautiful and wholesome things, I feel much better compared to focussing on the negative things. Words to myself that I'm fat, ugly, not good enough, weak, a wimp, a stupid girl make me feel horrible. Sometimes it seems you're in a circle, and difficult to break. Actually, these thoughts are emotional poison. And this poison is not good for us. We can learn to break this cycle by applying the first law of the Toltecs. We can do this by the intention of thinking and speaking out good and beautiful thoughts about ourselves and others.

I know it won't be easy and you can't be flawless immediately. Most of us are so much used to criticize ourselves that this is really a total different approach of ourselves. But try it for one day, and then try it another day. And each time try to come back to this intention, and it will get easyer every day. Lock the intention of being impeccable towards yourself into your mind. Then you can gradually take away all the emotional poison of all the years before, shake the negativity off and see how beautiful you really are. And when you can do that, you will start to see yourself with love and appreciate who you are and life will become the truth of your dreams.

Spiralen / Spirals

Ik teken graag en ik teken al vanaf dat ik heel klein was. Altijd vond ik het geweldig om met een potlood en een papiertje dingen te tekenen. Wat natuurlijk begon met dingen als een huisje een mensje en een boompje, werd steeds uitgebreider en groter en herkenbaarder.

Op een gegeven moment ging ik ook krabbelen als ik aan de telefoon was. En meestal waren dat spiralen, krullen en hartjes. Het meest interessant vond ik echter wel de spiralen. Ik tekende ze graag en overal. Als versiering, als accent, als einde van een lijn. Om mij heen zie ik ook altijd veel spiralen. In schelpen, in varens, in draaikolken in het water, in bloemenharten, overal zijn ze.

Toen ik rond mijn 30e een keer in Ierland was en naar Newgrange ging, kwam ik in aanraking met de triskel, een symbool met 3 spiralen. Ik was er weg van, vond het prachtig, maar waarom? Wat is er zo boeiend aan een spiraal? Wat is er dan nog boeiender aan een teken met 3 spiralen? Ik had geen idee.

Tot ik twee jaar geleden begon met zielenreizen en er weer zoveel zag. Ik kwam ze overal tegen de spiraal als teken. En altijd lag er eentje ergens weer op mij te wachten. Het symbool zag ik niet alleen, ik werd ook vaak op die manier naar boven gehaald door mijn gidsen, dat voelde alsof ik langzaam al spiralend naar hogere dimensies werd meegenomen. En nu teken ik ze weer, veel en vaak. Vooral als ik automatisch teken, komen ze veel en veelvuldig naar voren.

Nu weet ik dat er geen vaste betekenis is, slechts de betekenis die het voor jou heeft in een bepaalde situatie. Voor mij staat de spiraal vooral voor groei en activiteit, verbinding ook met de cosmos. Een cosmos vanwaaruit er veel activiteit is en die de groei op zielsniveau bevorderd. Chakra's die een spiraal vertonen zijn prachtig om te zien, ze werken hard en zijn dynamisch, maar kunnen ook te hard werken en overheersen. Het kan zo veel betekenen, en dat is juist het mooi aan de spiraal, het betekent Aktie!

I draw and I liked drawing since I was very young. It always felt great to be with a pencil and paper to draw things. Which of course started with things like drawing a house a man and a tree when I was a child, and it was extended to more recognizable drawing later on.

At one point I started scribbling when I was on the phone. And usually these were spirals, swirls and hearts. Most interesting, however, I found the spirals. I drew them almost everywhere. As decoration, as an accent or at the end of a line. I always see a lot of spirals around me. In shells, in ferns, whirlpools in the water, in the hearts of flowers, wherever they are.

When I was about 30 years old we went to Ireland and visited the ancient site of Newgrange. There I came in contact with the Triskel, the symbol of three spirals. I loved it, really loved it, but why? What's so exciting about a spiral? What's so special about a sign with three spirals? I had no idea.

Until two years ago, I started soultraveling and saw so much spirals again. I found them everywhere as a symbol. And always there was one waiting for me where ever we went in the dimensions. I saw not only the symbol, I have often been taken upwards that way by my guides, it felt like I was slowly spiraling to higher dimensions. And now I draw them again, much and often. Especially when I automatically drawing, they come forward a lot and often.

Now I know that there is no fixed meaning, but the significance it has for you in a given situation. For me, the spiral is  connected to growth and activity from the cosmos. A cosmos from which much activity and growth comes on a soul level. Chakras that are drawn like spirals are wonderful to see, they work hard and are dynamic. It can mean so much, and that's the good thing about the spiral, it means : Action!

Spreuk van de week

Ja, we reizen wat af, we willen alles zien, doen en weten wat er allemaal te is op onze wereldbol. Zo veel moois, zo veel natuur, of steden. Archelogische plekken die we aandacht schenken, die ons doen herinneren aan lang vervlogen tijden. Prachtige stranden met even zo mooie natuur, om ons te laven in de zon, of te genieten van het groen. Je kunt het tegenwoordig niet zo gek bedenken of je kunt er komen. Zelfs een reisje in de ruimte is tegenwoordig mogelijk.

Maar wat zijn we blij als we weer thuis kunnen zijn. Als we weer in ons eigen bed liggen en de ons vertrouwde geluiden en geuren weer horen en ruiken. We iedereen weer herkennen in onze omgeving en ons niet langer een "buitenlander" voelen.

Niets is mooier dan te reizen, te ontdekken en te beleven, maar het mooiste van reizen is terug thuis te komen en te beseffen dat je het eigenlijk wel prima hebt hier.

Yes, we travel a little, we want to see, do and know everything that can be found on our globe. So much beauty, so much of nature, or cities. Archaeological sites that we pay attention to, that make us remember a time gone by. Beautiful beaches with equally beautiful nature for us to nourish in the sun, or enjoy the greenery. Nowadays there is no limit to the places you can go to. You find travelers everywhere and even a trip into space is possible.

But we are always so glad when we get home. Sleeping in our own bed with all the familiar sounds and smells again around us. Eating the food we grew up with. Recognizing everyone again in our neighbourhood and we no longer feel like a "foreigner".

Nothing is more exciting and beautiful than to travel, to discover and experience, but the best of traveling is to come back home realize that you really do well here.

Aan de wind kan een zeilboot haar hoogste snelheid behalen, zoals jullie nu doen in grote getalen. De wind is hard maar de zee is vlak, en het zeilen gaat voorspoedig. Ja er zal af en toe best wat deining ontstaan wanneer het zo hard waait, maar jullie boten zijn erop gebouwd om met deze deining mee te gaan. Als flexibele wezens van licht zullen jullie de deining herkennen en de wind weer vol in de zeilen manouvreren. Dit is jullie tijd en jullie kans op ascentie in dit leven. Maar zoek niet naar een punt van aankomst, want dit is een eeuwigdurend proces wat jullie al vele levens bezig houdt. Zie het als een prachtige zeiltocht, zonder begin en zonder einde. Wees flexibel als het water van een rivier, dat rond alle obstakels haar weg zoekt naar de eindeloze zee van licht en liefde.

In de afgelopen dagen is er bij velen van jullie iets gebeurd wat veroorzaakt werd door weer een verandering in energie. De vele frequenties die naar jullie ieder persoonlijk worden gezonden, worden steeds weer bijgesteld en verhoogd. Met iedere verhoging krijgen jullie te maken met een gevoelsverandering. Heel subtiel, zo subtiel dat slechts enkelen het opmerken. Maar het gebeurt en het gebeurt bij iedereen. Meer en meer zullen mensen vanuit een helder denken gaan leven. Een denken dat meer in contact staat met jullie hart. Het hart vertelt jullie de waarheid en leidt jullie op het pad om meer en dichter bij je ware zelf te komen en om van daaruit alles te bekijken.

Ook voor jullie op de dag van morgen met het magische 11-11-11 zal er wederom een verandering komen in vibraties en frequenties die in en rond jullie verhoogd worden. Iedereen reageert hire anders op en daarom kan niet worden gezegd wat het jou op dat moment zal doen.

Om bij de metafoor van het zeilen terug te komen, er zal een hogere golf komen, die jullie een extra zetje vooruit zal geven, waardoor jullie snelheid verhoogd wordt. Misschien gaat jullie boot even wat meer schuin, of schommelen. Maar zodra je beseft dat dit slechts tijdelijk zal zijn is er geen angst. Een maal weer gewend aan deze hogere snelheid zullen jullie ervaren dat het heel fijn is om met deze snelheid voort te gaan.

Ik heb jullie al eerder verteld hoe je voor jezelf met een versnelling van tijd om kunt gaan, en ik wil jullie er nogmaals op attenderen. Luister naar het ritme van je hart. Laat je leiden door je hart en intuïtie, volg je gevoel en volg de stroom waarin je wordt opgenomen als je dit ritme en gevoel volgt. Ieder heeft zijn eigen unieke talenten, waarmee hij zichzelf en anderen een goede dienst bewijst. Volg je passie en je hart zal vervuld zijn met een onbeschrijflijke rijkdom. De rijkdom van het "zelf" zijn! Volg je hart en vreugde zal je deel zijn, in alles wat je doet.

Ik wens julile veel vreugde, passie, liefde en geluk toe. Vaar aan de wind en maak snelheid.

Het geloof is een oase in het hart

De spreuk van deze week, om eens goed in te voelen, niet nadenken....

Het geloof is een oase in het hart die nooit bereikt zal worden door de karavaan van het denken


Wat een prachtige spreuk en zo ontzettend waar! Ik heb het zelf ook zo ervaren de laatste jaren. Veel ervaringen en heel veel gevoelens, maar niet te beredeneren en niet met nuchter verstand te bezien. Als je niet gelooft in dat gevoel in je hart, maar het gaat beredeneren, voel je de kracht en de rust ervan niet. En inderdaad, het is als een oase. Een oase van kalmte, liefde, energie die uitgaat van het geloven in het eigen hart.

Grappig is dat ik deze spreuk nu zit te beredeneren, terwijl het eigenlijk niet hoeft.

Voel zelf maar....

Witte rozen van mijn gids

de witte roos,

ik heb hem al eens genoemd

niet zo lang geleden

deze week zei mijn gids

koop ze eens die witte rozen

en zo deed ik dat dus ook

ik koop wel vaker bloemen

en ik hou altijd van hun

mooie kleuren en geur

maar nog nooit kocht ik

zelf de witte rozen

en nu zijn deze in huis

misschien is het mijn verbeelding

of mijn enorme fantasie

maar deze rozen zijn bijzonder

nog nooit een heeft roos

in mijn huis

zo prachtig gebloeid!

zelden heb ik zo genoten

van een paar bloemen in mijn huis

als deze witte rozen

mij aangewezen door Cialaar.

Op het toppunt begint de echte klim

De spreuk van deze week, aangeleverd door de gidsen is: Op het toppunt begint de echte klim.

Wat bedoelen ze daar mee? Als je op de top bent, dan kun je niet hoger, dus dat zal het niet zijn. Maar als je op die top bent, hoe kun je daar dan blijven? Je kunt je ook afvragen of de top die jij waarneemt wel de werkelijke top is. Deze spreuk levert meer vragen dan antwoorden op. En dus leuk om over na te denken.

Voor mij zelf, is het denk ik het laatste, dat de top die ik waar kan nemen waarschijnlijk niet de echte top is, en misschien is er wel helemaal geen top, is er alleen een eeuwig klimmen? Eeuwigdurende groei? Niet zo vreemd wanneer je bedenkt dat je als ziel oneindig bent en eeuwig leeft, dat er dan geen echte top zal zijn. Immers, als je dan de top zou hebben bereikt, zou je je maar gaan vervelen.

Zelfs onze meesters leren nog altijd bij hoor ik ook vaak. Al zou je toch denken dat die een top hebben bereikt. Maar kennelijk ligt er achter die ene top toch nog een andere en weer een verdere of hogere, er zijn misschien ook wel meerdere bergen die te beklimmen zijn.

Een andere insteek is voor mij, dat eens de top bereikt, je daar wil blijven. Dat in zichzelf is ook heel moeilijk. Denk maar aan een atleet die de top heeft bereikt, maar die na een aantal jaren onherroepelijk terug zal zakken naar lagere ranglijsten. Of die bergbeklimmer die op de top staat, hij moet toch weer naar beneden, om te eten, drinken, wonen enzovoort. Kan iemand voor de rest van zijn leven wel op een top blijven?

Is er ook een top in bewustzijn, spiritueel gezien? Is het niet gewoon ons aardse idee, om een top te bereiken? De echte klim, de ware klim, is als we alles inzien en dit stukje kunnen begrijpen, dan kunnen we die echte klim waarschijnlijk beginnen.

Aan welke klim je ook bezig bent, ik wens je veel plezier, kracht en uithoudingsvermogen ;)
